QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Tele-Sales Representatives who speaks Turkish, English, Arabic fluently to contribute to our sales activities for our company.
We expect an effective tele-sales representative to present our products over the phone with excellent verbal communication skills.
Job Description:
- Work as a member of the sales team,
- Collaborate with the tele-sales manager to contribute to achieving sales targets,
- Contact potential customers by phone according to the daily customer list provided,
- Inform customers about our projects, campaigns and real estate investment options.
- Understand customers' real estate needs and provide suitable options,
- Answer customers' questions, direct them to relevant teams as needed,
- Create better sales opportunities by asking the right questions in order to better analyze customer needs,
- Record all interviews and results instantly to the relevant program in use and report it when it’s needed.
- Handle customer questions and objections with a professional attitude,
- Keep up-to-date with developments in real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification,
- Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years' experience in telephone sales representation or analogous sales/customer service roles
- Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in Turkish and/or Arabic is preferred),
- Thorough understanding of the real estate sector and investment instruments,
- Acquisition of knowledge about current products, legislative regulations, campaigns, and articulate them adeptly to potential clients,
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems,
- Demonstrated proactive approach, customer-centric orientation, and ability of affiliate coupled with exceptional communication skills,
- Driven by results, with a fervent determination to achieve and surpass sales targets,
- Capacity to maintain composure during client interactions and adeptly navigate rejection scenarios,
- Proficient in conflict resolution, adept negotiation skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
