Software & Solutions Consultant

We’re looking for a “Software & Solutions Consultant” who will be reported to Post Sales Manager.

PURPOSE OF THIS FUNCTION:

By using the post-sales skills and commercial perspective, to ensure excellent translation of needs and objectives of end customers, in order to match them to the services or products offered in the Solution & Software available portfolio. Technical installation and problem solving skills will ensure smooth, on-time delivery & installation of solutions & project objectives, that will return solid revenue and margin to achieve yearly set targets.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

- Graduated from Information Technology or relevant departments of universities.

- Related work experience of minimum 3 years in Solution & Software. 

- Worked in minimum 3-4 medium-to-large size software implementation projects.

- Experience in Office Automation Printing and Document Management solutions will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience/knowledge at intermediate level on MS Windows Server, MS SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange , TCP/IP, switches, firewall, Powershell scripting.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

- Proven record of successful technical software installations.

- Valid driving license

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Complete installation, deployment and customization activities in a timely manner.

- Resolve or escalate any on-going technical issues with the customer.

- Provide technical support for the agreed Ricoh Portfolio of MDS Products and Services, including presentations and demonstrations.

- Ownership of technically checking and validating the Statement of Work documents drafted by the Project Management team ensuring all component parts are included and compatible with the customer infrastructure.

- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and overall professional services revenue & margin targets.
