• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in Foreign Trade preferably in a multi-national company
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications (Especially Excel and PowerPoint) and reporting
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities
• Knowledge of international trade terms and requirements
• Team player
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills
• Problem solving abilities and analytical skills
• Able to closely and accurate operation follow up under time pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The successful candidate will be responsible for Export Operations and Strategic Planning, while reporting to Export Sales
• Follow up the production process of the order; checking stocks level of materials and products
• Responsible for “order to deliver process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions, issue proforma and commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing list and all related documentation (such as L/C etc)
• Data entry regarding export operation
• Organizing transportation and ensure delivery to customer on the time
• Take prompt actions for urgencies, cost offers and routes
• Contact with related colleagues and transport companies to organise pick-up; manage logistical operations with customs
• Prepare and control export documents
• Prepare sales reports, follow up cash-flow and payments
• Responsible for market research and identify potential strategic markets/partners
• Check for opportunities for new Business Development
