Sisecam was founded in 1935 to establish Turkey’s glass industry in line with the vision of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, a great leader respected worldwide. We are looking for a "Customer Relations and Order Management Responsible" to take part in Şişecam in Tuzla/İstanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

·   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, etc.

·     Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field

·      Proficient in planning, task management, and problem-solving skills

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, preferably with SAP knowledge

·      Verbal and written communication skills and a good team player

·      Excellent command of English

·      No restrictions to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·       Conducting activities to meet customer needs in line with the defined strategies

·       Ensuring existing customer communication and enhancing relationships

·       Receiving requests from customers and ensuring the conversion of received requests into orders

·      Ensuring entry into the system and monitoring the process with relevant departments for the planning of production for requests converted into orders

·      Performing preparation, planning, and tracking processes related to order shipments

·      Monitoring customer payments and credit limit checks

·      Calculating customer bonus entitlements, entering customer invoices

·      Recording customer complaints, entering them into the system, and monitoring them according to the complaint evaluation process

·  Conducting sales analyses for customers, reporting, and conveying opinions on customer performances

·       Conducting competitor, market, and product analyses

·       Conducting potential customer research to increase market share within the framework of corporate culture and market/customer policies

·       Conducting presentations of the company/brand/products to customers
