QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your key responsibilities
- Prepare Budget and Projection studies and make variance analysis on a monthly basis to report to the Top Management
- Prepare Business Cases/Feasibility Studies and present to the Top Management for CI projects in the plant
- Make Product Costing studies and analyses for the products manufactured in the plant
- Partnering the Business Functions and working in collaboration with them
- Carry out process re-design studies to reach to a Lean Organization
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of practical Financial Planning and/or Controlling experience in a manufacturing setting (preferably in a Multinational company)
- High level of expertise using Excel and PowerPoint
- Hyperion knowledge is a plus · Basic understanding of Accounting principles is required
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Should be able to speak English fluently
- Open to learning new things, dynamic and capable of analytical thinking
- Able to relocate and/or live in Kayseri, Turkey
