Super Enerji is the foremost organisation of the import coal sector. The coal

that we import is processed and packaged in our facilities.Super Enerji has five facilities, located in Gebze, Izmir, Adana, Marmara Ereglisi, and Trabzon.
We are seeking an Import Officer (male) who has the following qualifications
(Candidates who do not know Russian language will not be considered )to
be employed at the headquarters of our company in Istanbul(our headquarter is located in Ataşehir/İstanbul right now, on July 2019 we will be moving
Akatlar/İstanbul) :

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English,
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Russian,
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
• Min. 2 years experience on import, Procurement process and custom
• regulations is a plus.
• Experience on vessel Chartering and brokering.
• No Obligations for travelling inland and abroad.
• Oversees loading Operations and quality check during loading.
• Good communication skills, computer usage, and organisational abilities
• Problem-solving abilities
• No military obligations.
• Only male candidates.

You will be responsible for;

• Organising customs operations and best operational practices.
• Managing long-term and daily import activities.
• Coordinating with purchasing, freight, and other departments to ensure an efficient supply chain.
• Helding negotiations with suppliers
• Performing scouting of potential new suppliers and/or new products and/or system and services
• Market follow in order to identify potential new suppliers.
• Cultural sensitivity to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural organization with a global network of suppliers.
• Attending local and international conferences for networking and looking for new suppliers.
• Contacting maritime agencies, vessel brokers, shipowners and chartering vessel
