Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced ‘Agronomist in Plant Nutrient Analysis’ to join our team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Physiology, or a related field,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant nutrient management,

• Extensive knowledge in crop physiology, nutrient absorption mechanisms, and their impact on yield and quality,

• Proficiency in statistical software for data analysis,

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate training and workshops,

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment,

• A willingness to adapt to evolving research methods and technologies in plant nutrient analysis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct plant tissue tests to determine nutritional requirements,

• Develop and implement field trials to validate nutrient management recommendations,

• Train team members and farmers in the best practices for nutrient analysis,

• Collaborate with R&D to improve analytical methodologies,

• Work closely with data science teams to integrate nutrient data with other sensor-based metrics,

• Advise on irrigation and fertilization schedules based on data interpretation,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value-added services for farmers,

• Exploring new methodologies for comprehensive nutrient analysis,

• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in plant nutrient research and integrating these into practice.
