We are looking for enthusiastic and talented engineers to join us as as “Process Engineer” within Process Engineering Department. The role is based in Menemen, İzmir.

What will be decisive:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineer relevant required,
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferable in composites manufacturing,
• Ability to read/understand technical drawings, global standards (ISO, ASTM etc.),
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2D, 3D CAD skill is a plus,
• Experience with statistical process control and data analyses (minitab, advanced excel),
• Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher),
• Ability to perform/use RCCA, problem solving tools (5 why, 8D, ishikawa, DMAIC, etc.),
• Preferably has Six Sigma Green Belt,
• Ability to maintain safe work environment,
• Team player, strong communicator,
• Ability to work by shift, flexible in working hours,
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.

What will be your contributions:

• Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards,
• Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls,
• Coordinate manufacturing implementation activities for new or revised products,
• Ensure the customer design specification is met through our manufacturing processes.
