• ·Excellent spoken and written English and Turkish
• ·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• ·Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role in International Trade / B2B
• ·Bachelor's Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage customer inquiries, orders and follow ups
• Organize product information and samples
• Handle trade, logistic and invoice documents with relevant parties
• Manage claims and promptly communicate corrective actions with customers
• Record all order data, invoices and payments on time
• Track and follow up payments of invoices by customers
• Assist sales in creating reports, general statistics and market research
• Assist sales in achieving their sales quota in a results driven environment
