- University degree (preferably in social or administrative sciences)
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in related fields of Human Resources preferably in a multinational company
- Excellent command of German is a must, English is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office programsStrong planning and organization skills

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a HR Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to HRBP-COPs&Cyprus HR Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Working as HR Executive and responsible from below actions;
- Taking part in the recruitment processes
- Supporting to determine analysis for all training & development needs and coordinating preparation of internal and external training plans in accordance with annual training plan
- Supporting career management processes such as on-boarding, career planning, talent management, rotation, promotion etc
- Taking part in yearly performance and salary review processes
- Contributing in preparation and execution of all local and regional/ global HR Projects
- Ensuring the alignment and execution of current HR policies, procedures and updating where/when required
- Working co-operatively with the Communication Department on HR-Comms activities
- Reporting to HRBP
