- Significant marketing / product management experience in Telecommunication / FMCG / Technology sectors (4-6 years)
- Bachelor Degree from top-tier universities in engineering or business fields; master degree is a plus
- Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
- ATL & BTL marketing experience (developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives)
- Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in English
- Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal drive & leadership attitudes
- Strong analytical skills, champion in simplification

We are seeking a Marketing Senior Associate Manager-Residential Segment with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Marketing Senior Manager-Residential Segment of Vodafone Turkey.
- Identify key opportunities in the market through data analysis, extensive market research and understanding customer insights for both fixed internet products and new innovations
- Continuously track the performance of the fixed internet products and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies to increase revenue
- Develop and execute fixed internet products penetration and awareness strategies/plans
- Develop fixed internet segment strategy / business plans
- Construct business cases and recommendations of fixed internet products and new innovative services based on marketplace insight, customer needs and strategies
- Create continuous marketing and communication plans for fixed internet products with innovative ideas based on customer insights
- End-to-end ownership of sub-segment management
- Compare fixed internet business with global benchmarks and come up with new ideas
- Lead multi-functional teams for perfect planning and execution of initiatives
