QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, monitoring and executing the full online marketing strategy with the view of growing brand awareness, audience engagement and revenue and be continually monitoring ROI and reviewing KPI’s for all related projects. 

Online Project Management

  • Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, develops and implements marketing programs using websites; email; online advertising and promotions; and search-engine marketing (SEM/SEO).
  • Responsible of all digital ecosystem elements like official website, social media accounts, CRM infrastructure.
  • Managing digital & social media projects by coordinating external and internal resources tocomplete on time and on assigned project budget.
  • To support the digital platforms or projects they use by collaborating with the departments.

Social Media

  • Staying up-to-date on digital and social media happenings and sharing all new & relevant learnings with the management.
  • Under the supervision of Marketing Director develops and maintains a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all brands and products.
  • Planning and implementing paid digital advertising campaigns such as social, display and other types of digital media in collaboration with the agencies.
  • Follows and supports the application of organization-wide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social media.
  • Defines key performance indicators and implements enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Raises the rankings of websites in search engines without the use of paid listings.
  • Develops keyword and linking strategies to improve website search results.
  • Boosts rankings by making revisions to website structure and copy.
  • Analyzes and reports on results of SEO campaigns- Design visuals and banners for e-commerce site, e-mail marketing and social media channels.

Digital Reporting

  • Monitors, tests, and adjusts campaigns to raise customer click-through and conversion rates.
  • Create and share weekly and monthly comprehensive reports by using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to management team about digiTal marketing activities.
  • Evaluating and proposing new and innovative digital marketing possibilities.
  • Engage with customers on social media to build the Thermomix fan community and plan, create and optimize the relevant editorial content for all online channels (website, Facebook, newsletters, etc.). 


KNOW-HOW AND COMPETENCIES

Know-How, Technical Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication with a digital media focus.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years work experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign management in an agency or client setting.
  • Good understanding of user-generated content and native marketing, proven hands-on experience and expertise with Content marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, display advertising, e-mailing and social media marketing,
  • Expertise with graphics software tools including Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with e-commerce platform.
  • Interest in keeping up with global media and branding trends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to present a portfolio.
  • Fluency in English.
