What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist-R&D HW Test – EV Charger who will join our team at Charging Systems Product & Projects Tribe.

• Designing HW Validation Test structure for AC and DC EV Charging systems based on the related standards
• Creating the overall HW validation test flow and process for EV Chargers
• Developing test plans and procedures for validating EV Charger hardware systems and components
• Defining the test procedures and creating documentation for the test operators
• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing of EV Charger hardware under various operating conditions
• Analyzing test results and identify root causes of any issues or failures
• Working closely with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues
• Documenting test procedures, results, and findings in accordance with company standards
• Following and taking related actions on the trends and recent progress in EVSE and EVSE Testing

The position is located in Pendik/Teknopark. Hybrid working model is available.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in hardware validation testing, preferably in the industrial, automotive or electric vehicle industry
• Strong understanding of electrical hardware design principles and methodologies
• Understanding of EV Charging concepts is a significant plus
• Knowledge and experience in EV Charging standards and protocols (IEC 61851-1, IEC 61851-23, IEC 62196 ISO15118, CCS, CCS2, OCPP etc…)
• Experience with hardware testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies,
• Knowledge of Statistical Problem Solving methods- i.e. 6 Sigma- is a plus
• Knowledge of Statistical and Reliability Tools- i.e. Minitab, Reliasoft- is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
