QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist for our growing organization!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred)  
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must
  • Have minimum 3 to 5 years experience as an HR Professional, preferably in one of the following functions such as recruitment, performance management, training & development, organizational development, and career planning
  • Professional knowledge of MS Applications such as word, excel and power point is required
  • Strong facilitation,  presentation, reporting and research skills
  • A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description
  • Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills
  • Completed military service for male candidates.


İŞ TANIMI

Human Resources Specialist will report to HR Director and support HR Business Partners, play a vital role in HR functions. This role includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, on-boarding, organizational development (performance management, training & development, career and succession planning) employee relations & employee engagement and employer branding as responsibility categories and active role in HR development projects in specified areas.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Business Partners to coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process (placing advertisements online, reviewing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks etc.)
  • Is responsible for the development of the recruitment strategy that aids in filling vacancies efficiently and with the best candidate via utilizing different mediums to recruit. i.e. Social media, industry networking, cold calling, and cooperation with the universities etc.
  • Conduct face to face competency based interviews in English and Turkish,
  • Is responsible for the overall candidate experience, and define a framework that ensures an excellent candidate and client experience at all phases of the relationship and process,
  • Is responsible for closely tracking HR metrics and informing the immediate supervisor regularly 
  • Support HR Team for providing all kind of reporting and administrative tasks, and keeping HR records in a systematic way
  • Assist in the development of onboarding process and execution of orientation programs for new employees
  • Provide and prepare adiministrative support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly HR related reports and presentations
  • Take an active role in conducting research of the strategic HR and new trends/programs that can be applicable for the organization
  • Execute the Performance Management program for the employees.
  • Develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment and conduct customer oriented approach at all levels
  • Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization
  • Assist with identifying competency and skills based training needs of the employees
  • Provide support for the C&B processes such as expatriate management, workload anaylsis, norm staff analysis, etc.
  • Prepare and keep track of Headcount plan and budget and work in cooperation with the department heads
  • Take an active role in the SAP implementation project accordingly

Preferred Candidate

3 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
