QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Zeta Industry was established in 2010, manufacturing epoxy coated dowel bars and reinforcing bars - rebars for the leading companies of the construction industry all around the globe. ASTM and ISO 9001 certified high quality products are being preferred by many worldwide companies and projects.

We are seeking for "Export Sales Executive" who will work in our Tuzla / İstanbul plant.

QUALIFICATIONS

· University Degree, preferably from International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields,

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,

· Advance level of written and spoken English is a must, second language is a plus.

· Excellent use of MS applications,

· Experience in international trading operations: documentation, international banking regulations, preparing contracts, payment terms, delivery terms, (INCOTERMS) and International Logistics regulations.

· Experience in participating to International exhibitions.

· Good understanding of export operations, sales and marketing strategies,

· Proactive business style, self motivated, initiative skills, research and result oriented personality,

· Competent in teamwork and good human relations,

· Strong communication skills, ability to deal with stress and work with deadlines.

· No military service obligation for male candidates,

· No obstacle to travel abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Searching for prospect customers in target countries, initiating the contacts and carrying out the necessary correspondence.

· Following up the related Projects with all processes globally.

· Banking operations of the realized contracts; follow up of all documentations of related LC’s,

· Identifying new opportunities and research new projects to develop the business in the target markets to reach the annual sales targets,

· Coordination of shipment according to contract conditions, with plant, suppliers, customs agents and customers,

· Support and coordination with other departments to provide smooth work process,

· Collecting information from the market concerning trends, exhibitions, competition and market needs,

· Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the manager,

· Ability to multitask with a business mind set,
