ZF Sachs Turkey located in Gebze/Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a Customer Logistics Planner for its growing organization.

• University degree in engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Logistics Operations, preferably in automotive sector
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications and preferably SAP
• Analytical thinking, team player, well organized and strong commitment
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving customer orders and making necessary entries/modifications to the system
• Following the customers deliveries, coordinating production with production planning and material planning
• Communicating with all local and foreign customers responsible for and corporate counterparts when and if needed.
• Taking role in improvement projects related with logistics processes
• Monitoring the delivery performance targets by the customer
• Reporting weekly, monthly and annual sales and logistics figures / performances
• Attending the projects as customer logistics planner.
• Coordinating delivery dates, deciding about special measures if necessary.
• Seek for logistics improvement opportunities, and continuous improvement activities.
